How to Request an RMA Number
  1. Complete the Return Item Information in the "Choose Your Options" section below.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button, which will add the Return Request to your shopping cart.
  3. Go to View Cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout" (just as you would when placing an order).
  4. During checkout, click the "Pay $0" button. Although no payment or credit card information is required, you must click "Pay $0" to submit and complete your RMA request.
  5. Multiple Items: If you have multiple different items need to return, for each different item you wish to return, add a separate Return Request to your shopping card, then check out together

  • Product Returns & RMA Request

    You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to BiXPower. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Return Policy Overview

      • Refunds: Allowed within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

      • Warranty Service: Defective products may be returned within the warranty period.

      • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where BiXPower shipped the wrong item.

    How to Request an RMA Number

    1. Complete the Return Item Information in the "Choose your options" section below.

    Important Notes

    • RMA Validity: RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days from the date of issue.

    • Marking the Package: Your RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label of your return package.

    • Return Condition Requirements:

      • Items must be 100% complete, in original, re-sellable condition.

      • Include all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories, and software.

      • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

    Response Time

    Return requests are processed Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (U.S. West Coast Time). Response times may vary depending on request volume.No payment or credit card information is required.

  • it does not charge you or place a new order. You must click "Pay $0" to submit and complete your RMA request.

    Once submitted, we will review your request. If it qualifies under our [Return Policies], you will receive your RMA number by email.
