  • Return Request Instructions

    1. Add this Return Request to your shopping cart.

    2. Go to View Cart and click Proceed to Checkout, just like placing an order.

    3. During checkout, click the “Pay” button.

      • No credit card or payment is required.

      • You must still click “Pay” so our system can receive your request.

    If your request qualifies under our [Return Policies], you will receive an RMA number by email. RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days after issue.

    Return Policy Overview

    • Refunds: Allowed within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

    • Warranty Service: Defective products may be returned within the warranty period.

    • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where BiXPower shipped the wrong item.

  • Product Returns & RMA Request

    You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to BiXPower. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    How to Request an RMA Number

    1. Add the Return Request to your shopping cart.

    2. Go to View Cart, then click Proceed to Checkout (just like placing an order).

    3. During checkout, click the “Pay $0” button.

      • No credit card or payment is required.

      • However, you must still click “Pay $0” to complete the request.

    4. Once submitted, we will review your request. If it qualifies under our [Return Policies], you will receive your RMA number by email.

    Important Notes

    • RMA Validity: RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days from the date of issue.

    • Marking the Package: Your RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label of your return package.

    • Return Condition Requirements:

      • Items must be 100% complete, in original, re-sellable condition.

      • Include all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories, and software.

      • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

    Response Time

    Return requests are processed Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (U.S. West Coast Time). Response times may vary depending on request volume.
