Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
 

Payment Information

During checkout, you may select any of our available payment options to complete your order. Please note: We will not ship your order until full payment is received.


International Orders

Payment Methods:

  • Bank Wire Transfer

  • PayPal (limited countries and amounts)

We only accept credit cards that support AVS (Address Verification Service). Most credit cards issued outside the USA do not support AVS, so Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal are the recommended methods for international orders.

Important: Even if PayPal is accepted for your country, your order may be rejected if your PayPal account address is unconfirmed. In this case, Bank Wire Transfer will be the only accepted payment method.

  • All international orders must be pre-paid in USD, including shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties and tariffs.


Domestic Orders (USA)

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit Cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Google Checkout

  • Bank Wire Transfer

  • Purchase Orders* (approved accounts only)

*Purchase Orders are accepted only from U.S. Government Agencies, School Districts, Hospitals, Universities, Fortune 1000 & NYSE-listed companies or other approved companies.


Credit Card Payments

  • Credit cards may be used directly or via PayPal.

  • You may also choose Pay Offline, then call us to provide your credit card info.

  • All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the issuing bank.

  • For first-time orders, we only ship to the billing address.

  • Shipping to a different address may be allowed after 60 days for verified U.S. credit card holders.

  • Ensure your email and phone number are valid; we may contact you for additional verification.

  • Orders over $2,000 may require prepayment via Bank Wire Transfer.

Fraud Warning: Using another person's credit card without permission is a crime. Violations will be reported to law enforcement.


PayPal Payments

  • Ensure your shipping address is confirmed with PayPal.

  • Orders may be rejected if your PayPal address is unconfirmed.


Bank Wire Transfer

  • If credit card or PayPal payment is declined, you may pay via bank wire transfer.

  • Wire transfer may take 2–4 business days to confirm and must be verified before shipment.

  • A $30 wire transfer fee will be applied.

  • Additional verification, including valid ID, may be required.


Purchase Orders (Net Terms)

  • Accepted from U.S. Government Agencies, School Districts, Universities, Hospitals, Fortune 1000 & NYSE-listed companies.

  • Net term accounts (Net 15–30 days) require prior approval and credit application.


Online Quotations

  • To generate an online quotation:

    1. Add desired products to the cart.

    2. Proceed to checkout.

    3. Enter your shipping address and select shipping method.

    4. Click Continue.

  • You may print the resulting page as a quotation.


Security Measures

  • Shopping online with us is safe. Credit card information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

  • Secure pages begin with https://. Look for a lock or key icon in your browser.

  • Credit card numbers are never stored on our site. Only the last four digits are visible to BiX International.

  • Our hosting provider (Volusion) and payment processor (PayPal) are PCI/CISP certified.


Payment Declines

Credit Card Declines:

  1. Non-AVS Cards: We only accept cards supporting AVS. Cards issued outside the USA may not be compatible.

  2. AVS Mismatch: Billing information must match the card issuer’s records.

  3. Suspicious Activity: Banks may block unusual charges. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

PayPal Declines:

  1. PayPal must be from an approved country:
    Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA.

  2. Orders may be rejected if your PayPal address is unconfirmed.

Alternative: If both credit card and PayPal fail, you may use Bank Wire Transfer. Bank fees range from $25–$45, depending on order amount. Fees are waived for orders over $1,000.




I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
