How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated before you submit payment.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

Available Shipping Methods and their costs will be displayed.

Exact charges depend on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method, and the destination (from Irvine, California).

You may compare costs by selecting different shipping methods before finalizing your order.
Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases where BiXPower shipped the wrong item).
Lithium-ion Battery Air Shipping

Air shipments of lithium-ion batteries require special inspection and handling, which adds extra carrier fees to your shipping cost.

FedEx and UPS may require additional handling time, which can cause delays.

FedEx and UPS “Money Back Guarantee” policies do not apply to shipments containing lithium-ion batteries. Delays are not eligible for shipping charge refunds.

Some countries do not accept dangerous goods shipments, including lithium-ion batteries. To check availability, see FedEx’s [Dangerous Goods Acceptance List].

If it says “Dangerous Goods Delivery: Yes” under your country, we can ship.

If it says “No,” we cannot ship batteries to your country.
Do You Ship to My Country?

Add items to your cart → View Cart → Calculate Shipping Rates → choose from the Country dropdown.

If your country appears, we ship there. If not, we cannot currently ship to your location.

For orders shipped outside the USA:

Customers are responsible for customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees.

These charges are not included in your BiXPower invoice and may be collected by the carrier before delivery.
Shipping Methods – Domestic (USA)
Processing Times:

Most orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time ship the same business day via FedEx or UPS.

USPS (Priority or Express Mail) orders typically ship the next business day.
-
Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
Shipping Methods – International
We ship international orders through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times (excluding customs delays):

First Class Mail: 10–20 business days (no tracking).

Priority Mail: 7–15 business days (no tracking).

Express Mail: 5–10 business days (tracking available).

UPS / FedEx Air: 3–7 business days (tracking available).
⚠️ Tracking is not available for USPS First Class or Priority International Mail.

If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please notify us.

We cannot accept lost package claims after 60 days from the shipping date.
Returns & Warranty Shipping

Refunds: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers pay return shipping costs.

Warranty Repairs (USA customers): We pay for return shipping to the customer (ground service only).

Warranty Repairs (International customers): Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with a FedEx or UPS tracking number.

Packages shipped by USPS First Class International or Priority International do not include tracking.
