International Shipping & Payment Information

Do you ship to my country?

To check availability:

1. Add the items you want to your shopping cart.

2. Go to the Shopping Cart page.

3. In the “Calculate Shipping Rates” section, use the “Country” dropdown menu.

• If your country appears in the list, we can ship to your country.

• If your country is not listed, unfortunately we cannot ship there at this time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before you submit payment:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Proceed to Checkout.

3. You will be presented with available Shipping Methods and their prices.

⚠️ Please note: International shipping charges are often high, which may make small orders less cost-effective.

If you need to return products for a refund (within 30 days) or for warranty service, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Getting a Quotation

• The quickest way to get a quote is through our website. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, and select a shipping method. The system will calculate shipping and display the total purchase amount. You may print this page as a quotation.

• If you require a formal quotation, please email us your full shipping address, and we will provide one.

Payment Methods for International Orders

We accept:

• Bank Wire Transfer (all eligible countries)

• PayPal (limited countries and amounts; PayPal address must be verified)

Notes:

• Due to credit card Address Verification Service limitations, we do not accept credit cards for most international orders.

• Even if PayPal is accepted in your country, orders may be rejected if your PayPal address is unconfirmed. In such cases, Bank Wire Transfer will be the only available option.

• All international orders must be prepaid in US Dollars, including shipping.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties and tariffs charged by their country.

• A $30 Bank Wire Transfer fee applies for payments made via bank wire transfer.

Shipping Methods for International Orders

We ship international orders via:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)

• UPS

• FedEx

Details:

• Shipping charges must be paid in full before we process your order.

• We will arrange carriers; third-party forwarders are not accepted.

• Estimated delivery times (excluding customs delays):

  • USPS: 14–30 business days (small packages only; online tracking may not be available).

  • FedEx: 5–14 business days (online tracking provided).

⚠️ Tracking is not available for USPS First Class International Mail or International Priority Mail. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept lost package claims more than 60 days after the shipping date.

Additional Notes

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to purchasing, returns, and warranty services.

• Customs duties and tariffs, if applicable, are not included in our invoices and may be collected by carriers before delivery.

• Currently, we conduct business in English only and cannot provide support in other languages.
