How Much Is My Shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before you submit payment. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page, where you will see available shipping methods and their prices.

Lithium-Ion Battery Air Shipping

Air shipments containing lithium-ion batteries require extra inspection and must follow special procedures and regulations. Shipping costs for these orders include additional handling fees charged by the carrier.

Please note: FedEx and UPS Money Back Guarantee policies do not apply to air shipments containing lithium-ion batteries. If a Next Day Air or 2-Day Air shipment is delayed, FedEx or UPS may not refund shipping charges for these orders.

Do You Ship to My Country?

To check availability:

  1. Add items to your cart.

  2. Go to View Cart.

  3. In the “Calculate Shipping Rates” section, use the Country dropdown.

  • If your country is listed, we ship there.

  • If your country is not listed, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees, which are not included in BiXPower invoices.

⚠ Some countries do not accept lithium-ion battery shipments due to air shipping regulations. Please verify on the FedEx Dangerous Goods Acceptance page.

  • If your country shows Dangerous Goods Delivery: Yes, we can ship lithium-ion batteries there.

  • If it shows Dangerous Goods Delivery: No, we cannot.

Shipping Methods (Domestic Orders)

Ground Service

  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS

  • Coverage: 48 contiguous states

  • Delivery: 1–6 business days (depending on distance from our Santa Ana, California warehouse)

  • Notes: Business days only; weekends and holidays excluded.

2-Day Air Service

  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS

  • Coverage: All U.S. addresses except APO/FPO

  • Delivery: 2 business days after shipping

Next Day Air Service

  • Carrier: FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air

  • Coverage: All U.S. addresses except APO/FPO

  • Delivery: 1 business day after shipping

⏱ Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time usually ship the same business day via FedEx/UPS. USPS orders (Priority Mail, Express Mail) generally ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

Will Call / Pick-Up

You may pick up orders directly from our warehouse.

  • Select Will Call / Pick-Up as your shipping method during checkout (no shipping charge applies).

  • Orders must be placed and fully paid online before pickup.

  • You will be notified once your order is ready.

Requirements:

  • Bring a valid photo ID and your order number.

  • Only the billing person may pick up the order, unless another pick-up person is designated at checkout.

  • Pick-up hours match our regular business hours (see About Us or Contact Us page).

⚠ Some items are not eligible for in-store pick-up (e.g., hazardous items, direct-ship products, gift cards).

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs depend on package weight, size, destination, and method.

  • Customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lithium-ion batteries may not be shipped to certain countries due to regulations (check FedEx website for Dangerous Goods acceptance).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time using UPS rates, package weight, shipping distance, and handling/insurance fees. Costs generally increase in this order:

  1. UPS Ground

  2. 3-Day Select

  3. 2nd Day Air

  4. Next Day Air

If UPS real-time calculation is unavailable, charges may be added manually after order entry.

📦 Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (UPS or FedEx). Tracking is not available for APO/FPO shipments.

🚫 Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was incorrectly shipped by BiXPower.
