Return Policies & Procedures

1. Standard Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • Returns for refund are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date, unless another return policy is indicated.

  • After 30 days, all sales are final.

Conditions for Refund Returns

  • Returned items must be in new, original, and resalable condition, including all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories, and software.

  • Returns not in original packaging may be subject to a 15–20% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Computer systems (desktop and laptop) are not refundable.

  • Software: Unopened software may be exchanged within 30 days. Opened software cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • Special orders (orders over US$1,000) are not returnable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

  • Orders refused by customers will be credited minus shipping charges.

  • BiXPower is not responsible for incorrect product orders or product compatibility issues.


2. Warranty Service Returns

  • Defective products under warranty may be returned for repair or replacement.

  • Warranty covers only manufacturing and quality defects. User-caused physical damage is not covered.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs:

    • U.S. customers: Pay for shipping products back to BiXPower.

    • International customers: Pay for both return and reshipment shipping costs.

  • Returns must be shipped prepaid. Packages sent freight collect will be refused.

  • An RMA must be obtained, and authorization must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issue date.

  • Replacement items are shipped only after BiXPower receives and processes the defective item.

  • If no replacement is available within 30 days, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


3. Additional Policies

  • Damaged Packages: If a shipment arrives damaged, refuse the package and report the issue immediately. BiXPower is not responsible for shipping carrier errors, damage, or any resulting loss of value, time, profit, or money.

  • Defective Products Liability: Any damages from defective products are limited to the purchase price. Defective items may be replaced with repaired or refurbished units (including DOAs).

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Some manufacturers provide additional factory warranty coverage. Please contact the manufacturer directly for details.

  • BiXPower is not liable for any indirect damages, including loss of time, profit, or money, resulting from product use, website browsing, or advice received by phone/email.


4. Return Procedures

  1. Request an RMA Number

    • All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Submit a Return Request online. After review, a valid RMA number will be emailed to you.

  2. Prepare Your Return

    • RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the issue date.

    • The RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label (not on the product box). Affix an external label to the package.

    • Returned products must be:

      • 100% complete

      • In original, resalable condition

      • Packaged with all manuals, accessories, software, and registration cards

  3. Ship the Product

    • Ship prepaid to BiXPower.

    • Returns without a valid RMA number or not meeting the above conditions will be refused.


This is BiXPower’s Standard Return Policy. Unless otherwise specified, all products sold on BiXPower.com are covered under these terms.
