How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I get dealer discount?
  Dealer/Reseller discounts are available to qualified customers for items marked "Dealer Discount Available".

In order to get your account set as "Dealer/Reseller" account,  please do the following:

  • 1. Read our terms and conditions

  • 2. Apply BiX Dealership Adding "BiX Dealership"  to shopping cart & check out  (No any payment info required at this moment)

  • 3.  If your company is located in California State, please download the:


    California Reasle Certificate Form

    Then print out, fill it, fax or mail it to us.

  • 4. Your application will be approved in just a couple of business days.

  • 5. We will set your account as dealer/reseller account after your dealership is approved. You will see your discounted dealer/reseller prices after login in with your user name and password.

    *Note: Items without  "Dealer Discount Available" mark  may not have dealer discount.
