  • Please add this Return Request to the shopping cart, then View Cart, click Proceed To Checkout, like placing an order.
  • Please remember clicking "Pay" button during check out process. No credit card or other payment is required during check out process. But you do need to click the "Pay" button. Our system will receive your Request after you click "Pay" button.
  • You will be issued a RMA number through e-mail if the return request is qualified according to our return policies. RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days after issue.
  • Return for refund is allowed within 30 days (Unless another return policy is indicated).
  • Defective products can be returned for warranty service within warranty period.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiXPower with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BiXPower.

  • For each extra different item, just add another Return Request to shopping cart, then check out together with previous items.

  • You need a RMA number before shipping back products to BiXPower. No returns will be accepted without one.

  • To request a RMA number, please add this Return Request to the shopping cart, then View Cart, click Proceed To Checkout, like placing an order.
  • Please remember clicking "Pay $0" button during check out process. No credit card or other payment is actually required during check out process. But you do need to click "Pay $0" button. We will receive your Request after you click "Pay" button.

  • You will be issued a RMA number through e-mail if the return request is qualified according to our return policies. RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days after issue.

  • Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment.
  • Item(s) returned for refund must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Return Requests are answered 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. West Coast Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Response time varies depending upon the volume of requests received.
