Will Call / Local Order Pickup

Although our Santa Ana location is not a retail store, customers may pick up prepaid online orders from our office.

How to Pick Up Your Order
  1. Place your order online before coming to our office.
  2. Choose "Will Call / Pick Up" as the shipping method during checkout.
  3. There is no shipping charge when Will Call / Pick Up is selected.
  4. Please allow at least one hour for us to prepare your order before arriving.
  5. Pick up your order during our normal office hours.
Please place your order online before visiting.
Our Santa Ana location is not a retail showroom, so products are not displayed for walk-in shopping.
