The BiXPower BAT-UC70B-9V12V is a compact, high-capacity
portable battery designed to provide both 9V and 12V DC power
for compatible electronic devices while also functioning as a powerful
USB-C PD power bank.
The package includes two special USB-C power cables:
one provides 9V DC output up to 3A (27W maximum), and
the other provides 12V DC output up to 3A (36W maximum).
Both cables use 5.5 × 2.5mm center-positive barrel connectors.
Because the battery has two USB-C ports, you can even use the
9V and 12V power cables at the same time to power two
compatible devices simultaneously.
In addition to 9V and 12V DC output, the battery features two USB-C ports,
one USB-A port, wireless charging, and a digital battery gauge.
USB-C1 supports up to 100W Power Delivery, making the
battery suitable for many laptops, tablets, smartphones, cameras,
and other USB-C devices.

recharged in less than approximately 2 hours with the included charger.
USB-C1 can also accept up to 100W input when used with a compatible
100W USB-C PD charger.
Charge While Using the Battery
The battery supports pass-through operation. You can recharge the
battery through one USB-C port while using the other USB-C port
to power a compatible device.
Wireless Charging
Built-in wireless charging provides convenient cable-free charging
for compatible smartphones and other wireless-charging devices.
Digital Battery Gauge
The LED display clearly shows the remaining battery capacity.
Built-In Safety Protection
Integrated protection helps protect against overcharging,
over-discharging, over-current, short circuits, and other abnormal
operating conditions.
No Memory Effect
The lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any time without waiting

Power 9V & 12V Devices at the Same Time
The BAT-UC70B-9V12V has two USB-C output ports. This allows you to
connect the 9V cable to one USB-C port and the
12V cable to the other USB-C port, providing both
9V and 12V power at the same time.
Please Note:
When both USB-C ports are being used for 9V and 12V output, there is
no available USB-C port to charge the battery at the same time.
If you want to charge the battery while using it,
one USB-C port must be used for charging, leaving the other USB-C
port available for either 9V or 12V output.

be used as a high-capacity USB-C PD power bank for compatible laptops,

Charging the Battery
An AC charger is included with the standard
BAT-UC70B-9V12V package. The battery can be fully recharged in less
than approximately 2 hours with the included charger.
The battery can be charged through either USB-C1 or USB-C2.
For faster charging, use USB-C1, which can accept
up to 100W charging input.
With a compatible 100W USB-C PD charger, the battery can be fully
recharged in approximately 1 hour.
Important: Use only one USB-C input port at a time
to charge the battery. Do not connect chargers to USB-C1 and USB-C2
simultaneously.
Charge the Battery While Using It
The BAT-UC70B-9V12V supports pass-through operation. You can use
one USB-C port to charge the battery while using the other USB-C
port to provide either 9V or 12V power.
When charging the battery while using it, only one USB-C port remains
available for DC output. Therefore, you can use either the 9V cable
or the 12V cable, but not both at the same time while the battery is
being charged.
Wireless Charging

Press the power button to activate wireless charging.

Place a compatible wireless-charging device over the wireless charging
area on top of the battery.

Charging should begin within approximately 1–2 seconds after the device
is detected.

If no compatible device is detected, wireless charging will automatically
turn off after approximately 25 seconds.

Wireless charging can also be turned off manually by double-pressing
the power button.

Check Your Device Before Connecting
Before connecting a device, check the input specifications printed
on the device or its original AC power adapter.
For the 9V cable, confirm that your device:
• Requires 9V DC input
• Draws no more than 3A / 27W
• Uses a 5.5 × 2.5mm barrel connector
• Requires center-positive polarity
For the 12V cable, confirm that your device:
• Requires 12V DC input
• Draws no more than 3A / 36W
• Uses a 5.5 × 2.5mm barrel connector
• Requires center-positive polarity
Always use the correct cable for your device.
Do not connect the 12V cable to equipment designed only for 9V input,
and do not assume that two devices using the same connector require
the same voltage.
Optional Car / Truck Charger
An optional 45W USB-C PD car charger allows the battery
to be recharged from a 12V car or 24V truck
cigarette-lighter/accessory socket.
The optional car charger can fully recharge the battery in less than
approximately 2 hours under suitable operating conditions.
The car charger is optional and is not included with the
standard package.
Charging & Safety Notice
Use the included charger or a compatible certified USB-C PD charger.
Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area away from flammable
materials. Periodically monitor the battery while charging.
Discontinue use if you notice abnormal heat, swelling, odor, damage,
or other unusual conditions.
