Standard 5.5 x 2.5mm Female Connection
Every connector tip in the CNT-C8Kit has
a standard
5.5 x 2.5mm female jack
on its rear side.
This female jack is designed to accept
a compatible 5.5 x 2.5mm male DC barrel
connector from a power adapter, rechargeable
battery, or DC power cable.
Rear connection: 5.5 x 2.5mm female DC jack.
Important Compatibility Requirement
Your original power cable must have a
5.5 x 2.5mm male DC barrel plug.
If your cable has a different connector
size, these tips are not designed to
connect directly to it.
A 5.5 x 2.1mm plug is not the specified
mating connector for this kit, even though
its outside diameter is also 5.5mm.
