This MPPT solar charge controller accepts 18V–55V solar input voltage and features an adjustable output voltage, making it suitable for a wide range of lithium-ion batteries, such as 24V, 36V, 48V and 60V lithium ion batteries.
The controller can boost the solar input voltage to an adjustable output range of 24V to 85V. To charge different batteries, simply set the output voltage to the maximum charging voltage specified for your battery.
For example, set the output to 42V for a 36V lithium-ion battery, or 54V for a 48V lithium-ion battery. During operation, the controller’s actual output voltage follows the connected battery’s voltage. As charging progresses, the battery voltage gradually increases, and the controller automatically stops charging once the battery voltage reaches the configured output voltage limit.
This MPPT controller features high-efficiency synchronous rectification and real-time MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) for optimal energy harvesting. The rugged design is rainproof, dustproof, and shockproof, making it suitable for outdoor and demanding environments.
