Off-line Order Request

If you have trouble ordering online, or if you simply need a quotation, please submit an Off-line Order Request by adding it to your shopping cart and checking out as if it were a regular product. No charges and no payment will be required during checkout.

For each additional item, just add another Off-line Order Request to your cart, then check out all items together.

Off-line Order Requests

If you experience issues ordering online, or if you simply need a quotation, you may submit an Off-line Order Request by adding it to your shopping cart and checking out as if it were a regular product.

No shipping charges and no payment will be required during this checkout process.

Instructions:

For multiple quantities of the same item: adjust the quantity in your cart.
For different items: add a separate Off-line Order Request for each item, then check out together.

After receiving your request, we will fax or email a proforma invoice that includes all relevant terms (payment, shipping, delivery, etc.).

Once we confirm receipt of payment, your order will be shipped.
