One Battery with Multiple Power Outputs
The VP250 is designed to be more versatile than a conventional single-voltage
battery pack. Its front panel provides a dedicated 24V DC output,
two USB-C ports and one USB-A port, allowing the battery to power several types
of compatible electronics.
The clearly arranged ports make it easy to identify the correct connection:
- DC IN: dedicated 12V–30V charging input
- 24V OUT: regulated 24V DC output up to 120W / 5A
- USB-C C2: USB-C PD output up to 30W
- USB-A: QC output up to 30W
- USB-C C1: high-power USB-C PD input/output port, up to 140W output
Regulated 24V DC Output — Up to 120W
The dedicated 24V output port provides regulated 24V DC power
with a maximum output of 120W / 5A. This makes the VP250 useful
for compatible 24V equipment without requiring an AC inverter.
The included 24V output cable uses a 5.5 × 2.5mm DC connector.
Always verify the required voltage, connector size, polarity and power consumption
of your device before connecting it to the battery.
High-Power USB-C PD Output
USB-C Port C1 provides high-power USB-C Power Delivery output for compatible
USB-C devices. It can be used to power or charge compatible
laptops, notebook computers, tablets, smartphones and other USB-C PD devices.

Use Multiple Outputs at the Same Time
The VP250 supports simultaneous use of multiple output ports, allowing one battery
to supply power to more than one compatible device at the same time, provided the
combined load remains within the battery's supported operating limits.
Important: Before connecting any device, verify its required
input voltage, maximum power consumption, connector type and polarity.
The VP250's 24V DC output should only be used with equipment designed to accept
24V DC power.
Compact Design with 211Wh Capacity
The VP250 stores 211 watt-hours of energy while maintaining a
relatively slim and portable design. It measures approximately
9.7 × 6 × 1.2 inches (243 × 152 × 32 mm) and weighs approximately
3.2 lb (1.45 kg).
Its flat profile makes the battery easier to carry or store in a computer bag,
equipment case, backpack, vehicle, RV or emergency power kit.Durable, Clean and Simple Design
Easy-to-Access Power Ports
All primary charging and output connections are located together on the front edge
of the battery for convenient access.

Built-In Battery Protection
The VP250 incorporates an electronic battery management and protection system
designed to help protect the battery during normal operation.
- Over-charge protection
- Over-discharge protection
- Over-current protection
- Over-temperature protection
- Short-circuit protection
Multiple Ways to Recharge the VP250
The VP250 provides flexible charging options for home, office and mobile use.
The battery can be charged through its dedicated DC IN port or through the
high-power USB-C C1 port using compatible charging equipment.
1. Charge with the Included AC Charger
For normal charging from household AC power, connect the included AC charger
to the battery's dedicated DC IN charging port.
Typical charging time is approximately 4–6 hours.
2. Charge through USB-C Port C1
The VP250 can also be charged through its USB-C C1 input/output port
using a compatible USB-C PD charger.
Charging Note: When the charging voltage supplied to USB-C Port C1
is 15V or higher, the battery's DC IN charging port will automatically stop charging.
This protection helps prevent C1 and DC IN from simultaneously charging the battery
at an excessive combined power level.
3. Optional Car, Truck or Boat Charging
The VP250 can also be recharged from a compatible
12V or 24V vehicle power socket using the optional BiXPower
vehicle charging cable.
The vehicle charging cable is optional and is not included in the standard package.
Battery Care and Charging Safety
Proper charging and storage practices can help maintain battery performance
and service life.
- Use the supplied charger or a compatible charger designed for the VP250.
- Allow the battery to return to normal ambient temperature before charging.
- Charge the battery in a dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials.
- Monitor the battery during charging whenever practical.
- Do not charge or use a battery that is damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise abnormal.
- Avoid repeatedly discharging the battery completely.
- For extended storage, keep the battery partially charged rather than fully discharged.
- Recharge the battery periodically during long-term storage. Approximately once every three months is recommended.

Versatile Portable Power for 24V and USB-C Devices
The BiXPower VP250 211Wh portable battery is designed for users
who need substantially more capacity than a conventional USB power bank while
still wanting a compact and easy-to-carry battery.
Its combination of a regulated 24V DC output, high-power USB-C PD,
USB-A output and wide-range charging input makes it suitable for many
portable-power applications. Depending on the device and the appropriate cable
or converter, potential applications include compatible:
- 24V medical and respiratory equipment
- CPAP machines
- Laptop and notebook computers
- USB-C PD devices
- Portable monitors
- Communications equipment
- Mobile electronics
- Field equipment
- Emergency and backup power applications
- RV, vehicle and off-grid portable electronics
Device Compatibility: The VP250 is a universal power source,
but compatibility depends on the device's required voltage, current, wattage,
connector and polarity. Always verify these requirements before connecting a device.
Some equipment may require a separate BiXPower cable or DC-DC converter.
High Capacity Without a Large Power Station
For customers who need 211Wh of portable battery capacity but
do not need the size and weight of a conventional AC power station, the VP250
offers a compact DC-focused alternative.
By providing native 24V DC and USB-C power, compatible devices can be powered
directly without first converting the battery's energy to 110V AC. This can make
the VP250 particularly convenient for DC-powered electronics and portable equipment.
Air Travel Notice: The VP250 has a rated capacity of
211Wh. This exceeds the capacity normally permitted for
passenger-carried spare lithium-ion batteries on commercial aircraft.
Do not assume the VP250 can be carried onto an airplane. Always verify current
battery restrictions with your airline before travel.
Product specifications and compatibility should be verified before use.
Actual operating time depends on the connected device's power consumption,
operating conditions, battery condition and conversion efficiency.
