If you need to return a product to BiXPower for a refund, replacement, or warranty service, please submit a Return Request through this page.
This is NOT a purchase.
We use our website's order system to collect and process return requests. There is no charge for submitting a Return Request, and no credit card or payment is required.
How to Submit a Return Request

Click "Add to Cart" to add this Return Request to your shopping cart.

Proceed to Checkout just as you would when placing a regular order.

Enter your contact information and complete the requested information about the product you want to return.

Please provide your original order number and clearly explain the reason for the return. If the product has a problem, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Submit the request. No payment or credit card information is required.
What Happens Next?
After we receive your Return Request, our staff will review the information and contact you by email with the next steps.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
Please do not ship your product back before receiving an RMA number and return authorization from BiXPower.
