This package comes with Two BiXPower BP90 16V high capacity lithium ion rechargeable batteries and one AC charger, one ResMed AirSense 10 DC Converter.
Each battery capacity is 96Wh, two batteries combined capacity is 192 Watt-hour.
Special 24V DC Power Converter for ResMed Airsense 10 devices:
A 24V DC converter specially designed for a ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine. It can power ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machines for 2 ~ 3nights with the humidifier turned off.
This power adapter can convert 12V DC (Range 10V ~ 21V) power to 24V DC power. Its 24v output has a special connector for ResMed Airsense 10 device
A single battery Port III (16V port) may not supply enough Amps surge current to start a CPAP machine. It is better to use Output Port II ( 9 ~ 12V Port) when use one battery alone to power a CPAP

To use two batteries together with ResMed S10 converter, plug Y25 split cable male ends to Battery 1 and Battery 2 output port then plug S10 DC converter to Y25 split cable female end, just like this:
Please connect this converter to battery & CPAP Machine
Exactly in this order:
Step 1: First, connect Y25 split dongle two male connectors to two battery 16V output ports, then plug S10 DC power converter to Y25 female jack
Sept 2: Then connect powered S10 DC power converter to CPAP Machine.
If you do not follow this order, DC converter may turn to protection mode and does not power CPAP machine. In this case, just unplug the DC converter from CPAP machine, make sure the DC converter has power ( the LED light is on), then plug it to CPAP machine again.
When stop using this battery for CPAP machine: Turn off battery and Unplug DC converter from CPAP machine. If you need to use battery for CPAP machine again: Following above Step 1 and Step 2 again to connect battery to CPAP machine.
You may use each battery separately by plug ResMed S10 converter to battery Output Port II ( 9 ~ 12V) with BiXPower C37 connector tip (included with package)like this:

1. 3 Output Ports:
Output I is a 5V USB port that can be used to power or charge cell phones,
iPhone/iPod/iPod Touch, MP3/MP4 players, PDAs and any other device that can be charged
from a USB port (USB power cable not included).
Output II has a nominal voltage of 10.8V (Range from 9V ~ 12.6V). This port's power comes directly from battery cells without voltage regulation. When the battery is fully charged, its voltage is 12.6V. Output voltage will then decrease gradually. Most of the time, the output voltage will be around 10V ~ 11V ( nominal voltage is 10.8V). When the voltage drops to 9V, the port will shut off and stop providing power. This port can be used to power portable DVD players and digital photo frames.
Output III is a 16V port. This port can be used to power many different electronic devices that require 16V stable voltage. You may use BiXPower Z6 cable connect to battery 16V output port.

Output Port I & Port II
