The BiXPower BX3699 is a compact, high-capacity 36V 14Ah rechargeable battery designed for professional and custom DC power applications requiring substantial energy capacity and high output current.

With approximately 504 watt-hours (Wh) of energy, the BX3699 provides up to 15A continuous discharge current and up to 18A burst discharge current. Despite its high capacity, the battery weighs only approximately 5.5 lb (2.45 kg) and measures approximately 9.8 × 4.4 × 3 inches.

The BX3699 incorporates its main controls and electrical connections directly into the battery housing for convenient operation.

504Wh High-Capacity Portable Power

The BX3699 combines 14Ah capacity at a nominal 36V, providing approximately 504Wh of stored energy. This makes it suitable for applications requiring considerably more runtime than smaller portable battery packs.

Its combination of high energy capacity and compact physical size makes the BX3699 useful for portable equipment, mobile electronics, custom DC power systems, robotics, field equipment and other compatible 36V applications.

Compact Size & Built-In Carrying Handle

The BX3699 measures approximately 245 × 110 × 75 mm (9.8 × 4.4 × 3 inches) and weighs approximately 2.45 kg (5.5 lb).

The integrated carrying handle allows the battery to be carried easily between locations and folds down when not needed.

High-Power Output

The BX3699 is designed for applications that require significantly more current than a typical small portable battery.

Important: Battery Output Voltage Is Variable

Although the BX3699 is commonly referred to as a 36V battery, 36V is its nominal voltage. The battery does not provide a constant regulated 36V output.

When fully charged, battery voltage can be approximately 42V. As the battery discharges, the voltage gradually decreases toward approximately 30V.

Built-In Battery Protection

The BX3699 incorporates a battery protection system designed to help protect the cells and battery pack under abnormal electrical or temperature conditions.

The battery is housed in a firm, water-resistant ABS enclosure. The internal battery pack is stabilized with internal supports to help reduce movement and mechanical stress caused by normal vibration.

This bare battery is intended primarily for professional users, system integrators and customers with appropriate electrical knowledge.

Because the bare battery does not include an output connection box, charger or regulated DC converter, the user must select compatible accessories appropriate for the intended application.

Compatible Accessories Available Separately

BiXPower offers several compatible accessories for the BX3699 battery, including output connection boxes, regulated DC converters and battery chargers. These accessories are not included with this bare battery.

Rechargeable batteries are consumable products. Available capacity gradually decreases with use and aging. Normal capacity reduction caused by battery use and aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.
