Compact, Lightweight and Fanless Design

Small enough to fit comfortably in your hand
Measuring only approximately 2.5 x 1.9 x 0.7 inches and weighing just 2.54 ounces (72g), the DD90M2-CBS10 is easy to carry with your CPAP equipment.
Its fanless design eliminates fan noise, an important advantage for CPAP users who need a quiet sleeping environment.
Up to 96% Conversion Efficiency
When powering a CPAP machine from a rechargeable battery, converter efficiency matters. Less energy wasted during conversion means more of the battery's stored energy can be delivered to the connected equipment.
The BiXPower converter achieves up to 96% efficiency under suitable operating conditions.
Example at 90W Output:
At 96% efficiency, a converter delivering 90W would draw approximately 93.75W from the battery. At 85% efficiency, it would draw approximately 105.9W.
Actual efficiency varies with input voltage, output load, and operating conditions.
Three Convenient Ways to Connect DC Power
The DD90M2-CBS10 supports multiple DC input connection methods, allowing you to choose the one that matches your battery or vehicle power system.
Option 1: Vehicle Cigarette Lighter Socket
Use the included cigarette lighter plug together with the input cable to connect the converter to a suitable vehicle or battery power socket.
This connection method is useful for compatible car, truck, RV, and portable battery power sockets.
Important: Make sure the cigarette lighter socket, plug, wiring, and power source can safely supply the required input current. Higher loads at lower input voltages can cause excessive current and connector heating.
Option 2: Battery with 5.5 x 2.5mm Female DC Output
If your battery has a compatible 5.5 x 2.5mm female DC output port, use the included input cable to connect it to the converter.

Example connection with a BiXPower rechargeable battery — battery and CPAP not included
Connector Note: The included input cable uses a 5.5 x 2.5mm connector. Some batteries have 5.5 x 2.1mm output ports, which may not provide a reliable connection. A compatible connector adapter, such as the BiXPower CNT-C3, may be needed.
Option 3: Battery with 5.5 x 2.5mm Male Output Cable
If your DC power source already has a compatible 5.5 x 2.5mm male power plug, it can connect directly to the converter's female DC input port without the separate input cable.

Always confirm the DC source voltage, connector dimensions, polarity, and current capability before making the connection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this converter power a ResMed AirSense 10 from a 12V battery?
Yes. The converter accepts 10V–30V DC input and provides regulated 24V output through the dedicated ResMed-compatible cable. The battery must provide sufficient input current.
Can I use it with a 24V battery?
Yes, provided the battery output stays within the converter's 10V–30V DC input range and meets the electrical and connector requirements.
Does the converter include a rechargeable battery?
No. This product includes the converter and connection accessories. The battery and CPAP machine are sold separately.
Can I use the converter with a car cigarette lighter socket?
Yes. A cigarette lighter plug is included for compatible DC sockets. Confirm that the socket and plug are rated for the required current.
Is the converter quiet enough for bedside use?
The converter uses a fanless design, so there is no cooling fan noise during operation.
Can I use the heated humidifier?
Compatible ResMed 10-series devices may use their heated humidifiers, subject to the converter's 90W output limit and the power source's capability. Heated humidification increases energy consumption. Turning off heating functions can extend battery runtime when clinically appropriate.
How long will my CPAP run on a battery?
Runtime depends on battery capacity, CPAP settings, heated humidification, tubing, and converter efficiency. A simple estimate is usable battery watt-hours multiplied by converter efficiency, divided by average CPAP power consumption in watts. Actual runtime varies.
Will this converter work with AirSense 11?
This model is designed for the listed ResMed 10-series machines. AirSense 11 requires a different compatible power connection. Select an adapter specifically designed for AirSense 11.
