The battery supports pass-through operation. You can charge the battery through one USB-C port while using another port to power or charge a device.

Charging the Battery

The BAT-UC70B can be charged through either the USB-C1 or USB-C2 port. For the fastest charging, use USB-C1, which accepts up to 100W input.

With a compatible 100W USB-C PD charger, the battery can be fully recharged in approximately 1 hour. A 45W USB-C PD charger can recharge the battery in less than 2 hours.

Important: When using a USB-C charger rated above 45W, use USB-C1 only. Use only one USB-C input port at a time to charge the battery. Do not connect chargers to USB-C1 and USB-C2 simultaneously.

Charge the Battery While Using It

You may use one USB-C port to charge the BAT-UC70B while using another output port to power or charge a connected device at the same time.

Power Multiple Devices at the Same Time

Connect your devices to the appropriate USB-C or USB-A ports. The battery will automatically begin supplying power when compatible devices are detected, and the LED display shows the remaining battery capacity.

All three output ports can be used simultaneously, with a maximum combined output of up to 145W.

Wireless Charging

1. Press the power button to activate wireless charging.
2. Place a compatible wireless-charging device over the wireless charging area on top of the battery.
3. Charging should begin automatically after the device is detected.
4. If no compatible device is detected, wireless charging will turn off after approximately 25 seconds.
5. Wireless charging can also be turned off manually by double-pressing the power button.

Optional USB-C PD Car Charger

An optional 45W USB-C PD car charger allows the battery to be recharged from a 12V car or 24V truck cigarette-lighter/accessory socket. It can fully recharge the battery in less than approximately 2 hours.

USB-C Compatibility

USB-C devices negotiate voltage and power electronically. Maximum output is available only when the connected device and cable support the required USB-C Power Delivery profile.
