The BiXPower BAT-UC70B-12V is a compact, high-capacity
portable battery designed to provide 12V DC power for
compatible electronic devices while also functioning as a powerful
USB-C PD power bank.
The included special USB-C to 12V power cable provides
12V DC output up to 3A through a standard
5.5 × 2.5mm center-positive barrel connector.
In addition to 12V output, the battery features two USB-C ports,
one USB-A port, wireless charging, and a digital battery gauge.
USB-C1 supports up to 100W Power Delivery, making the
battery suitable for many laptops, tablets, smartphones, cameras,
and other USB-C devices.

recharged in less than approximately 2 hours with the included charger.
USB-C1 also supports up to 100W charging input when used with a
compatible 100W USB-C PD charger.
Charge While Using the Battery
The battery supports pass-through operation, allowing you to recharge
the battery through one USB-C port while another port supplies power
to your device.
Wireless Charging
The built-in wireless charging pad provides convenient cable-free
charging for compatible smartphones and other wireless devices.
Digital Battery Gauge
The LED display clearly shows the remaining battery capacity.
Built-In Safety Protection
Integrated protection helps protect against overcharging,
over-discharging, over-current, short circuits, and other abnormal

Charging the Battery
A compatible AC charger is included with the standard
package. Connect the charger to the battery's USB-C charging port
to recharge the battery.
The battery can be charged through USB-C1 or USB-C2. When using a
USB-C PD charger rated above 45W, use USB-C1.
USB-C1 accepts up to 100W charging input.
With a compatible 100W USB-C PD charger, charging time can be
approximately 1 hour.
Important: Use only one USB-C port at a time to charge
the battery. Do not connect chargers to USB-C1 and USB-C2 simultaneously.
Charge the Battery While Using It
The battery supports pass-through operation. You may charge the
BAT-UC70B-12V through one USB-C port while using another port to
provide power to your device.
Wireless Charging
- Press the power button to activate wireless charging.
- Place a compatible wireless-charging device over the wireless charging area on top of the battery.
- Charging should begin within approximately 1–2 seconds after the device is detected.
- If no compatible device is detected, wireless charging automatically turns off after approximately 25 seconds.
- You can also turn off wireless charging manually by double-pressing the power button.

The AC charger, USB-C cable, and special 12V power cable are all included with the standard package.
Important: Check Your Device Polarity
The included 12V power cable has center-positive polarity:
the inside contact is positive (+) and the outside contact is negative (−).
This is the most common polarity, but you should always verify your
device before connecting it.
Before connecting your device:
Confirm that your device requires 12V DC, draws no more
than 3A, uses a 5.5 × 2.5mm connector,
and requires center-positive polarity.
If your device requires center-negative polarity, an
optional polarity-reversing adapter can be used.
Optional Car / Truck Charger
An optional 45W USB-C PD car charger allows you to
recharge the battery from a 12V car or 24V truck
cigarette-lighter/accessory socket.
The car charger is optional and is not included
with the standard package.
Charging & Safety Notice
Use the included charger or a compatible certified USB-C PD charger.
Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area away from flammable
materials. Periodically monitor the battery while charging.
Discontinue use if you notice abnormal heat, swelling, odor, damage,
or other unusual conditions.
