The BiXPower BX3699-KS436-24V is a high-capacity portable
battery system designed to provide a stable 24V DC power supply
for a wide range of compatible 24V equipment.
The system combines a 504Wh lithium-ion battery with a
high-power 24V DC converter that slides directly onto the
battery's output socket. The converter regulates the battery's variable
voltage to a constant 24V DC output with up to
10A / 240W maximum output.
High-Power 24V Portable Energy System
With 504Wh of stored energy and up to 240W of regulated 24V output,
this battery system is suitable for many 24V electronics, communications
equipment, medical equipment, mobile applications, industrial devices,
and other compatible DC-powered equipment.
504Wh High-Capacity Battery
The BX3699 battery provides 504 watt-hours of stored energy
from a compact lithium-ion battery pack.
Despite its large capacity, the battery weighs approximately
5.1 lb (2.33 kg) and includes an integrated carrying handle,
making it much easier to transport than many traditional batteries with
similar energy capacity.

High-Power 24V DC Converter
The included KS436 24V DC converter converts the BX3699
battery's variable voltage into a stable 24V DC output.
The converter can supply up to 10A / 240W maximum output,
making this system suitable for equipment requiring substantially more
power than typical small portable battery packs.
Easy Slide-On Connection
No separate cable is required between the battery and the converter.
The KS436 converter slides directly onto the BX3699 battery's
power output socket.
Once installed, the battery and converter become one compact 24V power
system.
The battery can also be positioned horizontally when needed, providing
additional flexibility for installations with limited vertical space.
24V Power Output Connection
The converter provides regulated 24V DC power through its output cable
and barrel connector.
For custom or permanent installations, the barrel connector may also
be removed and the red and black wires used directly.
Important When Using Bare Wires
The red wire is positive (+) and the
black wire is negative (−).
Always verify the voltage and polarity required by your equipment
before making a direct-wire connection. Reversed polarity or incorrect
wiring may damage the converter or connected equipment.

AC Charger Included
The package includes an AC battery charger that can recharge the
BX3699 from a standard 110V–240V AC power source.
Connect the charger to the battery's charge port, then plug the charger
into a compatible AC wall outlet.
Optional Fixed-Mount Installation
In addition to sliding directly onto the battery, the KS436 converter
can be secured to a suitable surface for applications
where a more permanent installation is preferred.
This can be useful in vehicles, equipment cabinets, workstations,
mobile systems, and other installations where you want the converter
to remain in a fixed position.
Step 1 — Locate the Four Mounting Holes
Remove the voltage label on the top cover of the converter to access
the four mounting holes.
Step 2 — Remove the Four Case Screws
Turn the converter over and remove the four screws from the bottom
of the case.
Step 3 — Separate the Converter Housing
Carefully separate the top and bottom sections of the converter housing.
The mounting plate is located inside the top section.
Step 4 — Mount and Reassemble the Converter
Secure the top section to the desired surface using appropriate
mounting hardware. Then reinstall the bottom section and tighten
the four case screws.
Step 5 — Slide the Battery Onto the Mounted Converter
Once the converter is securely mounted and reassembled, slide the
BX3699 battery onto the converter connection.
The converter will then provide regulated 24V DC output
from the connected battery.

Battery Safety
Use the supplied charger and compatible accessories. Charge and operate
the battery in a well-ventilated area away from excessive heat and
flammable materials. Do not short-circuit, disassemble, puncture, crush,
or modify the battery. Do not use the battery if it is damaged, swollen,
leaking, or operating abnormally.
1-Year Limited Warranty
This BiXPower battery system includes a one-year limited warranty
covering manufacturing and quality defects. Rechargeable batteries naturally
lose capacity as they age and accumulate charge/discharge cycles; normal
capacity reduction over time is considered normal battery wear.
