This package comes with a BiXPower BX2499 super high capacity (322 Wh) lithium ion rechargeable battery pack and a 24V DC converter specially designed for a ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine. It may power ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machines for 3 ~ 4 nights with the humidifier turned off.

This battery works for AirSense™ 11 machines manufactured by ResMed.

You may use the battery while it is under charge.

How to Use the Battery

1. Charge the Battery:

The battery pack comes with its own AC charger. You can charge the battery from any 100V ~ 240V AC power outlet.

The battery output voltage range is 20V ~ 29.5V, and its nominal voltage is 25V. When the battery is fully charged, its output voltage is 29.5V. The output voltage will decrease gradually and finally cut off at around 20V. Most of the time, the voltage will be around 24V to 26V.

2. Connect the 24V DC converter to the battery output cable and then turn on battery

3. Connect to CPAP machine power input port.

DC Power Converter Features

This small size, light weight, high efficiency DC to DC power adapter can convert battery variable output voltage to 24V regulated stable voltaget comes with a special power connector that works for ResMed Airsense 11 PAP Machines

This DC to DC power adapter's input side has 5.5 x 2.5mm Female barrel connector with two 16AWG bare wires. The output is a 5.5 x 2.5mm male barrel connector with 18AWG wires. It is very easy and flexible to connect with batteries and other power source.

When AC power is available, if you can not find your original AC power supply for your AirSense 11 CPAP machine. You may also use the battery AC charger and CPAP power converter together to power your AirSense 11 CPAP machine directly from 100V ~ 240V AC power source. Just connect battery AC charger output to CPAP Converter input, then connect CPAP converter output to CPAP machine:

Air Travel Note: According to FAA, Lithium ion rechargeable batteries are limited to a rating of 100 watt hours (Wh) per battery. With airline approval, passengers may also carry up to two spare larger lithium ion batteries (101-160 watt hours). This battery may be not allowed to aboard airplanes. Warranty: One Year limited warranty. The one year limited warranty covers manufacturing and quality defects only. Please note that batteries wear out with use. The amount of charge a battery can hold gradually decreases due to usage and aging, which is normal, and this is not the issue covered by warranty.

Battery Running Time: Depending on CPAP Machine setting and running environment, a CPAP machine may need as much as 90W power or as little as 10W power. So the battery running time may vary a lot: from 3 hours to 30 hours. To maximum battery running time, please turn off CPAP Machine humidifier and heater, set the pressure as low as possible according to your doctor recommendation.
