BiXPower 2 Batteries System for ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP
Two 99.6Wh Batteries • Extended CPAP Runtime • AC & Car Charging • AirSense 11 Power Cable Included
The
BiXPower BP100X2-AS11 is a high-capacity portable
battery system designed to provide extended backup and portable power
for the
ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine.
The package includes
two BiXPower BP100 rechargeable lithium-ion
batteries
, each with a capacity of 99.6Wh,
providing a combined battery capacity of
199.2Wh.
Use
one battery at a time for a lighter, more portable
setup, or connect
both batteries together with the
included Y25 split cable for longer uninterrupted CPAP operation.
99.6Wh Capacity Each Battery — Convenient for Air Travel
One important advantage of each BP100 is its
99.6Wh rated capacity.
This provides substantial portable power while remaining within the
100Wh lithium-ion battery threshold commonly used by airlines and
aviation regulations for passenger travel
.
This makes the BP100 a practical choice for CPAP users who need a
portable CPAP battery for air travel, business trips,
vacations, camping, or emergency backup power.
Important Travel Notice:
Airline, TSA, FAA and international battery transportation requirements
can change, and individual airlines may apply additional restrictions.
Spare lithium-ion batteries are generally required to be transported in
carry-on baggage rather than checked baggage. Always verify the latest
requirements directly with your airline and the applicable transportation
authority before traveling.
Complete Package
Everything needed to power your compatible AirSense 11 from the
BP100 batteries and recharge the batteries from AC or vehicle power
is included.
- 2 × BP100 99.6Wh Rechargeable Batteries
- 1 × Special Power Cable for ResMed AirSense 11
- 1 × Y25 Split Dongle
- 1 × AC Battery Charger
- 1 × Car Charger
Extended Portable Power for AirSense 11
With a combined capacity of
199.2Wh, the two BP100
batteries provide substantially more operating time than a single BP100 battery.
This makes the system useful for
travel, camping, emergency
backup, power outages, and other situations where regular AC power
is unavailable
.
How Long Can the Batteries Power an AirSense 11?
CPAP power consumption varies considerably. Actual runtime depends
on pressure settings, breathing pattern, mask seal, humidifier use,
heated tubing, environmental conditions, battery condition, and
other operating factors.
With the
humidifier and heated tubing turned off,
two fully charged BP100 batteries may provide approximately
2–4 nights of CPAP use under typical conditions.
This is an estimate only; actual runtime may be shorter or longer.
Example:
At lower pressure settings, an AirSense 11 may consume approximately
10–12W. At moderate settings, consumption may increase
to approximately
20–25W.
Using the humidifier or heated tubing can significantly increase power
consumption and reduce battery runtime.
For Longer Battery Runtime:
Turn off the humidifier and heated tubing when those features are not
needed. Always use your prescribed therapy settings and consult your
healthcare provider before changing therapeutic pressure settings.
Option 1: Use One Battery
Each BP100 battery can independently power a compatible ResMed
AirSense 11 using the included special power cable.
IMPORTANT: Set Output Port I to 24V
before connecting the battery to your AirSense 11.
-
Set the Output I voltage selector to 24V.
-
Connect the round barrel plug of the special AirSense 11 power cable
to
Output Port I.
-
Connect the other end of the cable to your
ResMed AirSense 11.
Option 2: Use Both Batteries for Longer Runtime
For longer uninterrupted CPAP operation, connect both BP100 batteries
together using the included
Y25 split dongle.
IMPORTANT: Before connecting the batteries together,
set
Output Port I on BOTH batteries to 24V.
-
Set Battery 1 Output Port I to 24V.
-
Set Battery 2 Output Port I to 24V.
-
Connect one male plug of the Y25 split dongle to
Output Port I on Battery 1.
-
Connect the other male plug to
Output Port I on Battery 2.
-
Connect the special AirSense 11 power cable to the
female combined-output connector on the Y25 split dongle.
-
Connect the AirSense 11 end of the power cable to your CPAP machine.
When Using Two Batteries Together
One battery may discharge faster and reach empty before the other.
This is normal.
The two batteries do not have to discharge at exactly the same rate.
Each battery can independently power the CPAP machine. Connecting
them together allows the second battery to continue providing power
without requiring you to manually switch batteries.
Compact & Portable
Each BP100 battery provides
99.6Wh of capacity while
measuring only approximately
7.2 × 4.2 × 0.9 inches
and weighing about 1.4 lb.
The slim, lightweight design makes the battery convenient to carry
in many CPAP, laptop, notebook, and travel bags.

Battery Ports & Controls
Output Port I — 16V / 19V / 24V Selectable
Output Port I provides three selectable regulated output voltages:
16V, 19V, and 24V.
For the
ResMed AirSense 11, set Output Port I to 24V
before connecting the CPAP power cable.
Special AirSense 11 Power Cable
The included special power cable connects the BP100 battery directly
to a compatible ResMed AirSense 11.
Connect the round barrel plug to
Output Port I on
the BP100 battery and connect the AirSense 11 plug to the CPAP machine.
Remember to set Output Port I to
24V before connecting
the CPAP.
Charge the Batteries From AC Power
The included AC charger operates from a standard
100V–240V AC, 50/60Hz power source.
You can charge each BP100 battery individually.
Charge Both Batteries Together
The included Y25 split dongle can also be used to connect the AC
charger to both BP100 batteries, allowing both batteries to charge
at the same time.
The BP100 has a built-in charging controller and accepts a wide
12V–24V DC charging input range. The battery charging
port uses a
5.5 × 2.5mm female jack.
The battery can also provide power to connected equipment while
it is being charged.
Charge From Your Car
A
car charger is included, allowing a BP100 battery
to be recharged from a compatible
