The BiXPower BX3699-KF562VX-AS11 is a high-capacity
portable battery system designed to provide extended backup and portable
power for the ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine.
This power system combines a 504Wh rechargeable lithium-ion
battery with a specially designed 24V DC power converter.
The converter slides directly onto the battery and provides the
regulated 24V DC power required by a compatible AirSense 11.
Ideal for Extended CPAP Backup Power
The large 504Wh capacity makes this battery system useful for
power outages, emergency backup, camping, RV travel, and other
situations where regular AC power is unavailable.
504Wh High-Capacity Battery
The BX3699 stores 504 watt-hours of energy, providing
substantially more capacity than smaller travel-size CPAP batteries.
Despite its large capacity, the battery weighs approximately
5.1 lb (2.33 kg) and features a built-in carrying handle
for convenient transportation.

24V Power Converter for AirSense 11
The included BiXPower DC-to-DC converter changes the battery's
variable voltage into a stable 24V DC output for a
compatible ResMed AirSense 11.
The converter accepts approximately 20V–42V DC input
and is designed to slide directly onto the BX3699 battery's output socket.
Easy Slide-On Design
No separate cable is needed between the battery and converter.
The converter slides directly onto the battery's power output
socket, creating a compact and convenient CPAP power system.
Flexible Placement
The battery can be positioned in several different ways, making it
easier to place beside a bed, inside an RV, on a table, or in other
limited spaces.
How to Power Your AirSense 11

Make sure the BX3699 battery is sufficiently charged.

Slide the included 24V power converter securely onto
the battery's power output socket.

Connect the converter's yellow AirSense 11 connector to your CPAP machine.

Turn on the battery.

Turn on your AirSense 11 and use it normally.
How Long Can It Power an AirSense 11?
With its large 504Wh capacity, the BX3699 can provide
multiple nights of CPAP operation between charges.
With the humidifier and heated tubing turned off,
it may power an AirSense 11 for approximately
4–6 nights under typical operating conditions.
Actual Runtime Will Vary
CPAP power consumption is not constant. Actual runtime depends on
pressure settings, breathing pattern, mask leakage, humidifier use,
heated tubing, environmental conditions, battery condition, and
other operating factors.
Using the humidifier or heated tubing can significantly increase
power consumption and reduce battery runtime.
For longer battery runtime, turn off the humidifier and heated tubing
when those features are not needed. Always use your prescribed therapy
settings and consult your healthcare provider before changing therapeutic
pressure settings.
Recharge From AC Power
An AC battery charger is included. Connect the charger
to the battery's charge port and plug the charger into a compatible
AC wall outlet.
The charger supports a wide AC input range for convenient charging
from standard household AC power.
