The BiXPower UPS250-DD90X is a high-capacity
DC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) designed for
laptops, CPAP machines, communications equipment, electronics, and
many other devices that operate from DC power.
The system combines a 256Wh (12.8V / 20Ah) LiFePO4 battery,
a DD90X multi-voltage DC converter, and a powerful
10A AC battery charger.
The DD90X provides selectable regulated DC output voltages of
12V, 15V, 16V, 18.5V, 19.5V, 20V, and 24V,
with output power up to 90W.
DC UPS — Use the Battery While Charging
The UPS250 is designed to provide continuous DC power while the
battery is connected to its AC charger.
When AC power is available, keep the charger connected to the battery
while the DD90X converter powers your equipment. If AC power is
interrupted, the battery continues supplying DC power to the connected
device without requiring you to manually reconnect the system.
How the UPS Function Works:
While the AC charger is connected, output power may come from the
charger, the battery cells, or a combination of both, depending on
the battery's state of charge and the power required by the connected device.
Simple to Set Up

Connect the included AC charger to a compatible
100V–240V AC power source.

Connect the DD90X converter to the battery using the included connection cable.

Before connecting your device, set the DD90X to the
correct output voltage required by your equipment.

Install the appropriate connector tip if needed.

Connect the DD90X output to your device.
256Wh LiFePO4 Battery
The UPS250 uses a high-capacity LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate)
battery rated at 12.8V / 20Ah / 256Wh.
The battery weighs approximately 5.6 lb and provides
a continuous discharge current of up to 20A.

Two Battery Input / Output Connections

DD90X Multi-Voltage DC Converter
The included DD90X converts the battery's DC output
into a selectable regulated voltage for your equipment.
It accepts a wide 10V–30V DC input, allowing it to
work not only with the included LF1220 battery but also with many
other compatible BiXPower batteries and DC power sources.
The included connection cable connects the DD90X to the LF1220 battery.
Select the Correct Output Voltage
The DD90X provides multiple selectable DC output voltages:
12V • 15V • 16V • 18.5V • 19.5V • 20V • 24V
IMPORTANT — Set the Voltage Before Connecting Your Device
Check the required DC input voltage printed on your device or its
original power adapter before selecting the DD90X output voltage.
Disconnect the DD90X from both input power and the output device
before changing the voltage setting.
Do not change the voltage selector while the converter is connected
to a power source or powered device. Selecting an incorrect voltage
may damage your equipment.
Built-In 5V USB Output
The DD90X also includes a 5V USB port for powering
or charging compatible USB devices such as smartphones and other
small electronics.
USB charging cable is not included.

12 Interchangeable Connector Tips Included
Different devices use different DC power connectors. The UPS250-DD90X
package includes 12 interchangeable connector tips
to fit many commonly used laptops and DC-powered devices.
Choose the connector tip that correctly fits your device and attach
it securely to the DD90X output cable.
Powerful 10A AC Charger Included
The package includes a high-output 10A AC battery charger.
When the battery is not powering another device, the charger can
fully recharge a depleted battery in approximately 3 hours.
The charger also provides enough power to support the UPS function
while the battery and connected equipment are operating.
Charging Requirement:
The LF1220 LiFePO4 battery requires approximately
14.4V–14.6V charging voltage. Use only the supplied
charger or a compatible BiXPower-authorized charger with the correct
voltage, current, connector, and polarity.
