Connection Method 1 — Use the Included Input Cable
If your battery or DC power source has a compatible
5.5 × 2.5 mm female DC output port, use the included input
cable between the power source and the converter.

Connector Note: The included input cable uses a
5.5 × 2.5 mm connector. Some DC power sources use a 5.5 × 2.1 mm port.
Although these connector sizes look similar, they may not make a secure
electrical connection. A suitable connector adapter, such as the appropriate
BiXPower connector adapter, may be required.
Connection Method 2 — Direct Connection
If your battery or DC power source already has a compatible
5.5 × 2.5 mm male DC output connector, it can connect
directly to the converter's DC input port without using the additional
input extension cable.
Connection Method 3 — Vehicle Cigarette-Lighter Socket
Need to operate the converter from a vehicle? An optional compatible
BiXPower cigarette-lighter plug adapter can provide another convenient
connection method for suitable vehicle DC outlets.

Easy-to-Identify Input and Output Connections
The compact converter provides a dedicated DC input connection and a main
output connection for the compatible ResMed power cable. The integrated
design keeps the complete power system compact and easy to carry.
Important: Your DC Power Source Must Supply Enough Current
This converter does not generate electrical power.
It converts power supplied by the connected battery or other DC source.
Your battery or DC source must therefore be capable of supplying enough
current for both the converter and the connected CPAP machine.
When operating from a 12V source, the input current can be substantially
higher than the current on the higher-voltage output side.
A CPAP machine may also require a higher amount of power during startup
or when features such as the heated humidifier are operating. Make sure
the battery, DC output port, cable and connectors are all adequately
rated for the required load.
