The BiXPower BP300-AS10 is a super high-capacity
300Wh rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed to provide
portable DC power for compatible ResMed AirSense 10, AirCurve 10
and AirStart 10 CPAP and BiLevel machines.
With a direct 24V DC output and up to
5A maximum output current, the BP300-AS10 provides a convenient
high-capacity power solution for CPAP backup power, camping, road trips,
remote locations and other situations where regular AC power may not be available.
300Wh Super High Capacity
The BP300 provides 300 watt-hours of battery capacity.
Depending on CPAP pressure, machine settings, humidifier use, heated tubing
and operating conditions, it may provide approximately
2–4 nights of AirSense 10 operation when the humidifier and heated
functions are turned off. Actual runtime varies by application.

Built-In Battery Protection
The BP300 incorporates an internal battery management and protection circuit
with multiple safety functions, including:
- Cell balancing
- Over-discharge protection
- Over-current protection
- Over-charge protection

How to Charge the BP300 Battery
The BP300-AS10 package includes its own AC battery charger. Connect the charger
to the battery charging port and then connect the charger to a compatible
100–240V AC power outlet.
Optional Solar Charging
For outdoor or off-grid applications, the BP300 can also be charged using
a compatible BiXPower solar panel and appropriate solar charging
system.
Note: Solar panel and solar charging accessories are optional
and are not included with the standard BP300-AS10 package.
Connect the Battery to Your CPAP Machine
Connect the BP300-AS10 power output connector to the compatible power input
on your ResMed AirSense 10, AirCurve 10 or AirStart 10 machine. Make sure
all connections are secure before turning on the battery and CPAP machine.
Removable & Replaceable Battery Module
One of the most useful features of the BP300 is its
modular battery design. The system consists of a battery
holder and a removable bare battery module.
The battery module can be removed from the holder and replaced with another
compatible module. This allows customers who need additional runtime to
purchase an optional extra battery module while continuing to use the same
battery holder and power connection system.
How to Remove the Battery Module
The battery module is secured to the holder with a lock rivet. To remove
the module, first remove the screw-style lock rivet from the lock hole on
the bottom of the battery assembly. The battery module can then be carefully
pulled out of the holder.
CPAP Battery Runtime
CPAP power consumption varies considerably depending on the machine,
pressure setting, humidifier setting, heated tubing and operating environment.
Depending on these factors, power consumption can vary substantially and
battery runtime will vary accordingly.
For maximum battery runtime, consider turning off the
humidifier and heated tubing/heater functions when appropriate
for your use. Under lower-power operating conditions, the 300Wh BP300 may
provide approximately 2–4 nights of CPAP operation.
Actual runtime is not guaranteed and may be shorter or longer depending on
machine settings and usage.
Important Air Travel Notice
The BP300 has a battery capacity of 300Wh. This exceeds
the capacity normally permitted for passenger-carried spare lithium-ion
batteries under standard airline passenger rules.
Do not assume this battery can be carried aboard a passenger aircraft.
Always check current airline and applicable transportation regulations
before traveling.

One-Year Limited Warranty
The BP300-AS10 includes a one-year limited warranty covering
manufacturing and quality defects. Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries naturally
lose some capacity through normal use and aging. Normal reduction in battery
capacity caused by usage and aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.
