Three Output Ports for Flexible Power
Port I – Regulated 16V, 19V or 24V DC
Output Port I offers three regulated voltage settings, selected using the recessed hardware switch. Choose the voltage that matches your device's specified DC input voltage before connecting the device. The port uses a 5.5 × 2.5mm barrel connector and the BiXPower Z6 output cable.

Optional C-series connector tips can adapt the Z6 cable to other compatible laptop power jacks. Some laptops require identification or communication signals and may not work with a standard barrel connector even when voltage and connector size match.

Before connecting a laptop: Check the input voltage, current/power requirement, connector size, polarity and any manufacturer-specific identification requirement. Set the recessed switch correctly before plugging in. Never change the voltage setting while a device is connected.
Port II – 9V to 12.6V Unregulated DC
Port II supplies battery-dependent DC voltage: approximately 12.6V when fully charged, decreasing during use toward a 9V cutoff. Nominal voltage is 11.1V. It is not a regulated 12V output, so use it only with devices that tolerate the entire 9–12.6V range.
Port II is rated up to 5A, subject to the battery's 65W combined-output limit. The original product information identifies the Port II connector as 4.0 × 1.7mm in the descriptive section and 3.5 × 1.35mm in the specification table. Confirm the actual jack size before ordering an optional Z1 cable.

Port II power cable is optional, not included in the standard pacage.
Port III – 5V USB
Port III is a 5V USB-A power output, rated up to 2.1A, for compatible USB-powered devices. A USB charging cable is not included. This is a standard 5V USB output, not a claimed USB-C Power Delivery or fast-charge port.
Shared 65W power limit: When using multiple output ports at once, add the power drawn by every connected device. Their combined demand must stay at or below 65W. For example, a 50W laptop and a 10W USB device together draw approximately 60W.
99.6Wh Battery Capacity and Estimated Runtime
The BP100 stores 99.6 watt-hours of energy. Runtime depends on device consumption, selected output, conversion efficiency, battery condition and temperature.
*Examples assume 90% of the 99.6Wh capacity is usable at the device (90Wh). These are planning estimates, not guaranteed results. Laptop runtime varies with workload, screen brightness and battery condition.
Charging Options – AC, Vehicle or Solar
The BP100 has an integrated charging controller and accepts a 12–24V DC charging input through its 5.5 × 2.5mm charging jack. The included AC charger operates from a 100–240V, 50/60Hz AC source. Typical charging time is approximately 4–6 hours, depending on the charger and battery condition.

An optional compatible vehicle charging cable can power the charging input from a suitable vehicle DC outlet. Check the actual vehicle outlet voltage and connector polarity; use only an accessory approved for the BP100.

Charging safety: Use the included charger or a BiXPower-approved equivalent. Match voltage, connector and polarity. Do not assume any 12–24V adapter or solar panel is safe without verifying its output and suitability.
How to Choose the Correct Voltage
Check the OUTPUT rating printed on your original AC adapter, or the INPUT rating printed on the your device ( such as a laptop). Select 16V, 19V or 24V on Port I only when that setting matches the device's required input specification. Also verify current, power and connector compatibility.

Optional Parallel Battery Connection for Longer Runtime
Compatible BP100 batteries can be connected through Port I only using the optional BiXPower Y25 split connector. This configuration is intended to extend runtime, not to increase the allowable power demand beyond what a single battery can safely supply.
Parallel-connection requirements:
- Use only battery models and connectors specifically approved by BiXPower for parallel operation.
- Fully charge each battery separately before connection.
- Set every battery's Port I to the same voltage.
- Each battery must be capable of powering the connected device by itself.
- The batteries do not actively balance output current; one may discharge before another.
- Do not connect Port II or USB ports in parallel.
Package Contents

Technical Specifications
Battery Care and Safety
- Use only electrically compatible devices and approved chargers.
- Check voltage, connector size and polarity before connecting any equipment.
- Do not short-circuit, crush, puncture, disassemble or immerse the battery.
- Do not charge a damaged, swollen or unusually hot battery.
- Charge on a stable, nonflammable surface in a ventilated location.
- For longer storage, keep the battery partially charged, ideally around 40–60%, in a cool, dry location; check charge periodically.
- Do not leave the battery fully discharged for extended periods.
- Recycle used batteries through appropriate battery collection programs.
Air travel: At 96Wh, the BP100 is below the usual 100Wh threshold for spare lithium-ion batteries, but airline and security rules still apply. Spare batteries belong in carry-on baggage, with terminals protected against short circuits. Confirm current airline requirements before travel.
Warranty: One-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects. Normal battery aging and capacity reduction from use are not manufacturing defects.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the BP100 with a 19V laptop?
Yes, if the laptop accepts 19V DC, its connector and polarity are compatible, it does not require unsupported identification signaling, and its power draw stays within the battery's output limit.
Does BP100 provide a constant 12V output?
No. Port II is unregulated and changes from approximately 12.6V down to 9V. Use a separate regulated power solution if your device requires constant 12V.
Can I use the USB port and laptop output together?
Yes, provided the combined consumption of all connected devices does not exceed 65W.
Does the standard package include every connector tip?
No. Optional C-series connector tips must be selected or purchased separately unless explicitly included in your order.
Can I connect two BP100 batteries together?
Yes, through Port I using the compatible optional Y25 connector, with both batteries set to the same voltage and each battery individually capable of powering the load. Follow BiXPower's parallel-connection instructions.
Can the BP100 be charged from a vehicle or solar panel?
Yes, with compatible approved accessories that provide a suitable 12–24V DC charging input and correct connector and polarity. These accessories are not part of the standard package.
