This DC to DC power adapter can convert variable 12V DC (range 9V -32V) to 24V regulated stable DC power. Maximum output 5 Amps
It can directly connect to a 12V or 24V lithium ion battery or any battery with output voltage range within 9V to 32V range. Its maximum output is 5 Amps
Lower input voltage to the converter requires higher input current, which may cause the input barrel connector to become hot for high-power applications. For 100W or higher output, we recommend using an 18–30V DC input power source to reduce input current and connector heating, or cut off barrel input connector and use two bare wires as input connections. Output: The output connector is a 5.5 x 2.5mm male barrel connector, center positive. Optional connector tips:
The connector on the power adapter output cable is a 5.5 x 2.5mm male barrel connector, which will work with many devices. If you need different size connectors, you may order our

Technical Specifications:
- Acceptable Input DC Voltage Range :9V ~ 32V
- Output voltage: 24V
- Output current: Max. 5A*
- Efficiency: > 90%
- Safety Protections: Over Current & Over Voltage Protection
- Short Circuit Protection: Yes
- Small size: 78 x 36 x 24mm ( or 3.2" x 1.4" x 1")
- Light weight: 180 g ( or 6.5 oz)
*5A is its maximum output current, not actual output current. Actual output current depends on the device's requirements. For example, if your device requires 2 Amps, it will output 2 Amps.
Optional Input Cable:

If you need more flexible way to connect the converter to a battery or other DC power source, you may order the converter with an optional Input Cable. There are three ways to connect the converter to a DC power source with this input cable.
1. Direct DC Plug Connection: The converter has a 5.5 x 2.5mm female input connector, which accepts a 5.5 x 2.5mm male DC plug from the power source.

2. Male-to-Male DC Cable Connection: Use a 5.5 x 2.5mm male-to-male DC cable to connect the converter to a power source equipped with a 5.5 x 2.5mm female output port.

3. Direct Wire Connection: You may cut off the connector from one end of the input cable and use the two wires to connect directly to the power source. The red wire is Positive (+), and the black wire is Negative (–)/Ground.

IMPORTANT – Observe Correct Polarity:
It is CRITICAL to connect the converter to the power source with the correct polarity:
Positive (+) on the converter → Positive (+) on the power source
Negative (–) on the converter → Negative (–) on the power source
Reversing the polarity may damage the converter and/or connected equipment.
Warning: For high-power applications, use a properly rated input power source, input cable, and input connector.Lower input voltage requires higher input current, which may cause the input cable or connector to become hot. For 100W or higher output, we recommend using an 18–30V DC input power source to reduce input current and connector heating. If the input connector becomes excessively hot, discontinue use.
