The BiXPower DC1224WIRE-USBC-PD100 converts a wide range of
9V–32V DC input power into intelligent
USB-C Power Delivery (PD) output.
It is ideal for powering or charging compatible USB-C devices directly from
12V or 24V batteries, vehicles, RV electrical systems, trucks,
boats, solar battery systems, and other DC power sources.
The converter can provide up to 100W through USB-C PD,
making it suitable for many USB-C laptops, tablets, phones, and other
PD-compatible devices.

Despite its high power capability, the converter itself is very compact.
Its small enclosure makes it easy to install in a vehicle, RV, boat,
portable battery system, or other application where space is limited.

The converter body measures only approximately
3.54" × 1.42" × 1.02" (90 × 36 × 26 mm).
Its compact design makes it particularly useful for permanent or semi-permanent

Convert 12V or 24V DC Power Directly to USB-C PD
The converter accepts a wide DC input range from
9V to 32V. This allows one converter to work with many
common 12V and 24V DC power sources.
Simply connect the red input wire to positive (+) and the
black input wire to negative (−) of a compatible DC power
source. Connect the USB-C output to a compatible USB-C PD device.
Important Polarity Information
Always verify polarity before connecting the converter.
Red = Positive (+) and
Black = Negative (−).
Reversed polarity or incorrect wiring may damage the converter or connected equipment.
USB-C Power Delivery Up to 100W
The USB-C output supports multiple Power Delivery voltage levels.
A compatible USB-C PD device communicates with the converter and requests
the appropriate supported voltage.

Smart USB-C Power Delivery
USB Power Delivery is an intelligent power-negotiation system built into
compatible USB-C devices. Instead of providing only one fixed voltage,
the converter and connected device communicate to select a supported
voltage and current level.
Depending on the connected device, the converter can provide
5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, or 20V. This allows one compact converter
to power many different types of USB-C PD equipment.

Important: USB-C Power Delivery Compatibility Required
This converter is designed to work with devices that support
USB-C Power Delivery (PD). A USB-C connector by itself
does not guarantee PD compatibility. Devices or cables that do not support
USB-C PD negotiation may not work properly with this converter.
Your DC Power Source Must Supply Enough Power
To obtain high USB-C output power, the connected DC power source must be
capable of supplying sufficient input power. A weak battery, undersized
wiring, poor electrical connection, or inadequate DC power source may
prevent the converter from delivering its full output capability.
For high-power applications, use appropriately sized wiring and make sure
all DC connections are secure.
