One Battery — Multiple Output Voltages

Unlike a conventional battery pack designed for only one output voltage, the BP90 provides three separate output ports covering a wide range of voltage requirements.Output I — 5V USB

Provides 5V USB power with up to 2.1A output. This port can power or charge many USB devices and other portable electronics designed to operate from standard 5V USB power.

Output II — 9V to 12.6V

Output II comes directly from the internal battery cells and provides a variable output of approximately 9V to 12.6V, with an 11.1V nominal voltage. Maximum output current is up to 5A.

When the battery is fully charged, this port is approximately 12.6V. The voltage gradually decreases as the battery discharges and automatically shuts down when the battery reaches its low-voltage protection point.

Output III — Selectable 16V / 19V / 24V

Output III provides three selectable regulated output voltages: 16V, 19V, or 24V. This makes the BP90 especially versatile for laptops, notebook computers, portable electronics, and other equipment requiring a stable DC input voltage.

Easy 16V / 19V / 24V Voltage Selection

The BP90 uses LED indicators to show the selected Port III output voltage. This makes it easy to confirm whether the battery is set for 16V, 19V, or 24V before connecting your equipment.

How to Set Port III Output Voltage

1. Disconnect the output cable from Port III.
2. Press and hold the CHECK button for approximately 3 seconds.
3. The current voltage indicator will begin flashing.
4. Press the CHECK button to cycle through 16V, 19V, and 24V.
5. Stop when the desired voltage indicator is flashing.
6. Plug the output cable back into Port III.

Once the output cable is connected, the selected voltage is locked so that accidentally pressing the CHECK button cannot change the voltage while the device is being powered.

How to Determine the Correct Voltage

Before powering a laptop or other DC device, check the voltage requirement printed on the device or on its original AC power adapter.

Select a BP90 output voltage that matches, or is appropriate for, the voltage specified by the equipment manufacturer.

DC Output Cable & Optional Connector Tips

Port III uses a power cable with a standard 5.5 × 2.5mm DC connector. Optional BiXPower connector tips can be attached to accommodate many other DC connector sizes used by laptops and portable electronic equipment.

Output Polarity

The standard BP90 output cable and compatible connector tips are configured with center-positive polarity, which is commonly used by portable electronic devices.

Flexible 12V–24V DC Charging Input

The BP90 accepts a wide 12V to 24V DC charging input range through its 5.5 × 2.1mm charging port.

The included AC charger can operate from 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz. With suitable optional accessories, the BP90 can also be recharged from compatible vehicle or solar power sources, making it useful for both indoor and mobile applications.

Need Even More Runtime? Combine Multiple BP90 Batteries

The BP90 is specially designed to allow two or more compatible BP90 batteries to be connected through Port III for extended runtime using the appropriate BiXPower Y-split connector.

This configuration is intended to provide longer operating time, not higher output power.

Each battery should be fully charged separately, both batteries must be set to the same Port III output voltage, and each individual battery must be capable of powering the connected device by itself.

The Y-split connector is optional and is not included with the standard BP90 package.
